How often should I check my LUT expiry?
You should check at least monthly, especially from January onwards. With Zolance you don't need to remember — we send automated email alerts at 30, 15, 7, and 1 day before expiry.
What happens if I miss my LUT renewal deadline?
Without a valid LUT you must charge 18% IGST on all export invoices. This creates cash flow issues (you pay upfront and claim a refund later) or complications with clients. For a $10,000 invoice, that's ₹1,50,000 stuck in GST.

How do I renew my LUT on the GST portal?
Login to GST Portal → Services → User Services → Furnish LUT → fill Form RFD-11 → Submit. No supporting documents are needed for service exports. The new LUT is valid until next March 31st.
